Join or Renew Online in Two Steps: Application + Payment
TCAM dues are $35.00 for one year, or any portion thereof, beginning January 1 and ending December 31 for Voting Members and Associate Members.
Step 1: TCAM Online Application
When you have completed the application, click the Send button to email the information to TCAM. If you receive errors, correct them and press the Send button again.
NOTE: Some people have experienced issues with the online form failing to send even when all fields are completed. If this happens, please follow these steps:
- Complete all fields on the application, but DO NOT CLICK the Send button.
- Copy the application being sure to include all fields.
- Paste the copied application into an email.
- Review to be sure it includes your information.
- Send the email to webmaster@TCAMediators.org.

Voting Member – you have completed at least 40 hours of training in mediation techniques or have performed at least ten mediations. Voting Members in good standing receive TCAM publications via email and have full rights to vote and hold office in TCAM. Please note: Only voting members will be invited to create a professional online profile in our Members Directory.
Associate Member – you are interested in mediation but you do not qualify for Voting Member status. Associate Members in good standing receive TCAM publications via email and may participate in all TCAM activities but cannot vote or hold office.
Tarrant County Association of Mediators is a Texas non-profit corporation. Your membership dues are NOT tax deductible as a charitable donation (although they may be tax deductible as a business expense). Your membership status, voting rights, and other associated privileges are determined by TCAM rules and Bylaws.
Step 2: Pay $35 Annual Dues through PayPal
In the box below, please enter the full name of the person applying for or renewing TCAM membership above. Then click the Pay Now button to leave this website and go to the PayPal payment site. If you choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”, then there will be another form to fill out. No credit card information is collected or stored by TCAM. Please complete and Send the above Application first before paying whether for first time membership or for annual renewal.
